Three high-impact partner types to validate performance and scale internationally.
Public safety dive teams
Teams with a sonar device and a training dummy who can run controlled deployments and measure how reliably the dummy is detected.
International resellers / integrators
Regional partners who want to sell SonarScout locally, supported by a central product team. We’re building an international reseller network.
Police/public-safety diving training schools
Training providers who want to improve operator education with AI-assisted review and standardized documentation.
Evidence-grade documentation
Partners who care about defensible reporting: consistent exports, auditability, and a repeatable workflow.
Validation protocol
A repeatable test that proves effectiveness
We want measurable results: how often the sunken training dummy is found, under realistic conditions.
Step 1
Baseline setup
Confirm your sonar workflow (MP4 or capture), test environment, and define the success metric (e.g. “dummy found within X minutes”).
Step 2
Controlled deployments
Run repeated passes with the training dummy at varying depths, speeds, and bottom types. Capture video and optional GPS.
Step 3
Measure + share anonymized data
Report outcomes (found/missed, time-to-detection, false positives) and share anonymized sonar video under agreement so we can improve the model.
Requirements
- Sonar device + ability to record MP4 or capture live video
- Training dummy suitable for controlled deployments
- Willingness to run repeated tests and document outcomes
- Ability to share anonymized sonar video under agreement
Data sharing (anonymized)
Partners share anonymized sonar video material for model improvement (under agreement). No faces, no personal data, and no sensitive mission identifiers.
